Grupo Orve is committed to ensuring confidentiality in its services. The Holder must read the following to understand the processing that we give to their personal information when using our services, so, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, its Regulations, and other general guidelines (hereinafter "the Law," "the Regulations" and "the Guidelines") we make this Privacy Notice known to each holder.

Points covered by the Privacy Notice

This policy governs the manner and terms in which the personal data collected will be processed, including those considered sensitive under the Act, for the purposes of this Privacy Notice. Therefore, we make it known to you that your personal data will be processed and protected based on the principles of lawfulness, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility enshrined in the “Law” and its Regulation so that the holders determine freely and voluntarily if they wish to provide Grupo Orve with the personal data that may be required of them or that can be obtained from the holders on the occasion of subscription or registration in some of the services offered by Grupo Orve on or through its site.

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, personal data are defined as the data set of the holder that allows to identify you, such as the following: full name, place and date of birth, nationality, key of the Federal Taxpayer Registry, Single Population Registration Key, marital status, sex, mobile and landline telephone number, email, home address. They are private data, that is, they are not available to the public.

Grupo Orve's privacy policy does not cover the practices of non-Orve companies, nor does it include persons whom Grupo Orve does not employ or administer. In addition, some companies associated with Grupo Orve have their own confidentiality regulations and privacy policies.

To provide our service we require personal data such as identification, full name, place and date of birth, marital status, occupation, e-mail, home address, and work address; tax data: federal taxpayer registry, tax domicile, single population registration key; employer and financial data: financial statements, balance sheets, number of bank accounts.

Grupo Orve collects the personal information of the owner who is registered to use certain products or services of the same. Our partners and suppliers may also provide Grupo Orve with certain personal information of the holder.

The purpose of the automated collection and processing of personal data is the maintenance of the contractual relationship, if any, established with Grupo Orve, the management, administration, provision, extension, and improvement of the services to which the owner decides to subscribe, sign up or use the adaptation of these services to the preferences and tastes of the owner.

In order to receive a timely and satisfactory response to your requirements and needs, in compliance with the present document you guarantee that the personal data provided to Grupo Orve are truthful, so you are responsible for communicating to Grupo Orve any modifications thereto.

About deleting or updating information (ARCO Rights)

In accordance with the Law and its Regulations, by being the owner of the personal data subject to this Privacy Notice, you are entitled to know what we use your data for and the terms of use we give you (ACCESS). It is also your right to request correction of your personal information if it is out of date, inaccurate, or incomplete (RECTIFICATION); that we remove it from our records or databases when it considers that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations outlined in the Law and Regulations (CANCELLATION); as well as opposing the use of your personal data for specific purposes (OPPOSITION)

Pursuant to the foregoing, you may access, rectify or cancel your personal data and sensitive personal data, or oppose or revoke your consent to use them, by submitting your request in terms of this Privacy Notice.

Changes to these privacy policies

Grupo Orve reserves the right to modify this policy in order to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments as well as industry practices, in which case, Grupo Orve will announce the changes introduced in advance that it considers reasonable before putting it into practice.

Certain services provided may contain particular conditions with specific provisions regarding the protection of personal data, in which case the holders must be subject to the privacy policies and conditions specifically mentioned in the contract governing those conditions.
